What we do
- Manage your Indeed and ZipRecruiter job ads
- Call every applicant from a local number, and text candidates every other day if they can’t be reached
- Handle First Advantage background checks, drug tests, and DOT requirements
- Send only road-test-ready candidates (driver levels L05 through L20)
Meet the Owner
Raven Cooper, Founder
Raven brings 8 years of FedEx Ground P&D experience as a jumper, driver, trainer, and admin. She has delivered out of 10 different terminals, covered routes throughout Virginia and North Carolina, and traveled out to Wyoming and Colorado.
She has been in charge of fleets and paperwork and served as a certified trainer for 4 years. She knows every part of the P&D side, and that hands-on experience shapes how we recruit for our clients.
